We have engineered 3-day juice cleanses with 3 different levels of detoxification. Read below to find the best plan for your total reboot!

Cleanse 1

BEGINNER

4 smoothies | 1 juice


Cleanse 1 is our lightest cleanse. Our smoothies are packed with filling nutrients that effectively replace your daily meals.



It is important to stay hydrated throughout this process. And if you feel a need for more energy, you can enjoy a soup or salad in the middle of the day, preferably well before bedtime.

Cleanse 2

INTERMEDIATE

3 juices | 2 smoothies | 1 wellness shot


Cleanse 2 takes things to the next level. This is ideal for someone looking for immediate results (improved digestion, antioxidant boost, etc.) without going for the full detox.



We recommend that you save your smoothies for the times when you are most hungry and fill up as much as possible on water.

Cleanse 3

ADVANCED

6 x Juices and 2 x Wellness Shots per day


These 3 days will challenge you both mentally and physically. As you replace your everyday diet with juices & wellness shots, your body is infused with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Be sure to drink plenty of water, prepare with a balanced diet during the days leading up to your cleanse, and keep in mind that this is not supposed to be easy!

Cleansing is a great way to reset your body and strengthen your commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you're looking to achieve your ideal weight, swap out processed foods for phytonutrients & antioxidants, boost your mental health, or achieve radiant & glowing skin, a 3-day cleanse can help set you on the right path.

If you are doing our Beginners Cleanse, you are welcome to consume one light plant-based salad to curb any cravings each day. You could also substitute a plant-based soup as an alternative. Generally, if you decide to consume food during your cleansing process, we recommend that you have your meal in the middle of the day to reduce the energy your body will spend digesting food while you are resting at night. If you are doing an Intermediate or Advanced Stage Cleanse with us, then we strongly recommend you stick to the outline and products that we have provided for the best results. You are welcome to drink water and herbal teas as needed.

We'd recommend avoiding caffeine. A cleanse is meant to provide a natural reset for the body and a mental boost for the mind; consuming an external stimulant (caffeine) runs counter to the philosophy. In fact, we suggest weaning off any excess caffeine consumption prior to starting the cleanse, as stopping abruptly can bring on a headache for a couple days.

No order is necessary. The only guidelines are to drink lots of water, drink your juice or smoothie when you feel hungry (every two or three hours), and drink your last juice or smoothie at least three hours before you go to bed. You may drink water or hot tea (without caffeine ideally) closer to bedtime.

Three days of juice cleansing will significantly detoxify the body. However, it is a very personal experience, and some people may prefer longer or shorter. If you're new to this, feel free to start with the beginner cleanse and see how you feel. Some people prefer the hybrid approach, and others love the challenge and results of a cleanse built purely on juice!
